AGILITY TRIALS!!!

PARKING INFORMATION

All agility exhibitors must enter the Fairgrounds at the Ice Arena on 13th Ave.. 

Parking Fees are to be paid in U.S. Funds. All parking fees are to be paid in full before parking.

DAY PARKING - $5 per day per vehicle; $18 for four days

PRE-RESERVED OVERNIGHT PARKING - $30 per night, $40.00 per night at the GATE – Extra Vehicle $30 Flat

(Your parking request signifies your agreement to abide by these rules.)

-          Please use reservation form for overnight parking reservations only.

-          Emerald Classic Cluster has contracted parking services to JIFYS which is protected under the same Rules & Regulations as the Cluster set forth below and the Cluster has given the authority to JIFYS to enforce all Rules and Regulations.

-          Be advised only ONE sleeping unit in one reserved space.

-          PARKING IS A PRIVILEGE EXTENDED BY THE EMERALD CLASSIC CLUSTER. The Cluster reserves the right to withdraw this privilege from any person(s) who feel that they cannot abide by the Rules & Regulations, or resort to abusive language. All parking is at your own risk. The Cluster, parking company, and show superintendent assume no responsibility for fire, theft and/or damage to any vehicle or its cargo.

-          No parking in designated FIRE LANES, LOADING/UNLOADING ZONES or within the Fairgrounds. Violators will be TOWED WITHOUT NOTICE.

-          Overnight parking will be available beginning at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, September 3, 2008.

-          Parking personnel will help you in finding your space. They will not reassign spaces.

-          A LIMITED NUMBER OF ELECTRICAL HOOK-UPS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

-          ALL OVERNIGHT PARKING WILL BE ON THE PAVED LOT, UNTIL FULL.

-          Overnight Parking without Reservations: $40 per night

Parking will be available under the following conditions:

-          Reservations must be postmarked on or before August 20, 2008. NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE.

-          Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked on or before August 27, 2008. Refund requests will be charged a $2 service fee and will be processed two weeks after the show.

-          For confirmation of reservations, please include a self-addressed, stamped postcard with your check and reservation application.

-          Parking spaces will be assigned in the order received.

-          Request for parking together MUST be sent together.

-          Everyone using the parking areas will be expected to leave the parking areas clean.

-          THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO DUMPING OF GRAY WATER OR SEWAGE ON THE GROUND. There will be a $250.00 clean-up charge and vehicle will be impounded until the fees are paid in full. Owner is responsible for any additional towing and impound fees.

-          Limited handicapped overnight parking will be assigned. Anyone requesting handicapped parking MUST have a valid handicapped parking permit or plate. A copy of the handicap permit must be sent with parking reservation. HANDICAPPED PARKING DOES NOT MEAN “NEAR THE RINGS.” It only means a readily accessible surface and space.

-          No generators from 10pm to 6am.

1.        PAVED LOT - $30 per night. All spaces in this area will be assigned in the order received. Spaces are 23’ x 26’. You must indicate length and width of vehicle. All set-ups must be within the reserved spaces. If requesting 2 spaces, please indicate (total length of vehicle) whether side-by-side or end-to-end. When lot is full, overflow will be assigned to the field.

2.       ALL VEHICLES MUST BE SELF-CONTAINED.

3.        A limited number of electrical hook-ups will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.        Parking lot will open at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, September 3, 2008. No vehicles will be allowed to enter reserved parking lot prior to this time. Enter Fairgrounds at Ice Arena on 13th. Gates will close at 11:00 pm Wednesday through Saturday. Gates will open at 6:00 am Thursday through Sunday.

5.        PARKING PERSONNEL will assist you in locating your space and answering your questions. They will not reassign spaces.
